Our fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma doctors at Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center in Rapid City, South Dakota; Gillette, Wyoming; and surrounding areas are recognized experts in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic trauma injuries and conditions.

At Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center, our fellowship-trained doctors are on-call at area hospitals to treat trauma injuries as soon as they occur.

Our fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma doctors, Dr. Michael KadrmasDr. Emmett McEleney, and Dr. Nathaniel Wilson, have completed additional training, specifically in trauma, and have dedicated their practices to this specialized field.

With this advanced training, our trauma doctors have the experience and expertise to assess and treat complex trauma injuries, such as non-healing fractures, mal-aligned fractures, pelvis fractures, as well as providing other tertiary trauma care.

Our Orthopedic Urgent Care provides immediate treatment for patients suffering from bone, joint, and muscle injuries and conditions.

We are taking precautions to help protect our patients and staff, but we are open and here to help.

Rapid City Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Gillette Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
