At Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center, your health is our priority. We know that managing medication is a crucial part of your recovery and health. To make sure that process is as smooth as possible, we offer two convenient ways to refill your medications.
You can refill your medication from the convenience of your mobile device or computer by visiting our Patient Portal!
Call us and our friendly team will be happy to make sure you get your medication in a timely manner. We also encourage you to ask any questions you may have!

Calling for Refills & Questions
When calling for refills, please leave your name, date of birth, and the phone number where you can be reached. If possible, include the name of the medication(s), the number of days you have left, and the pharmacy you would like the medication sent to.
Please call 2 to 3 days before running out of medication, as some providers are not available in clinic every day of the week.
Messages left after 3:00 p.m., from Monday through Friday, may not be answered until the next business day. We will contact you back once the request is done via text, portal message, or phone call.
