Even simple hand problems can cause significant pain.

Your hand is a complex structure composed of bone, ligaments, blood vessels, nerves, tendons, and joints.  Even simple hand problems involving one or more of the structures noted above may cause significant pain and/or disability.

We also treat hand trauma, including, but not limited to, fractures, dislocations, amputations, and chronic painful conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a nerve problem in the hand that may result in pain, numbness, and sometimes weakness.

Dr. David Lang has a special interest as well as practical experience managing complex problems of the hand and upper extremity.  Dr. Raj Bolson has also completed fellowship training with a hand specialty and her practice consists of orthopedic surgery with a specialization in medical and surgical conditions of the hand and upper limb.  Our highly trained sub-specialty hand surgeons are known within the region for their expertise in treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other maladies of the hand and wrist.
