“Dr. Renaud is a great doctor. I went in for a recheck for my foot. I had surgery on it ten months ago. However, I'm still having issues with my foot. While waiting for him to come in to check my foot. I had to step out to use the restroom. When I returned to the room (wrong room), I was so embarrassed and apologized and walked out—going to the right room. When he came into my room, I apologized again. He just laughed and said it was OK. Then I was nervous because he said I had to get a shot. He went to get the stuff needed for the shot. I lay on the exam bed, trying to relax because I knew the shot would hurt. He returned to give me the shot. He asked if I was ready as I laid with my hand over my eyes and tried to take some deep breaths. I asked him can't you give me a topical ointment cream to use instead of a shot. He laughs and says that is way less effective. Knowing the shot was going to hurt. He made sure I was doing good the whole time. He has the best bedside manners. I would highly recommend him. And he shows compassion and cares for his patients.”

“Dr. Chilvers did an ankle fusion for me. Prior to surgery, Dr. Chilvers was very thorough on what would take place during the surgery and what to expect after the surgery. The boot was removed yesterday, and I took my first steps. And I am impressed with how things are going.”

“Dr. Gaffney took the time to explain the procedure. He also explained how to be best prepared, which meant lowering my A1C (losing some weight, eating healthier). He didn’t seem rushed, which was nice. Lastly, he came in on his day off to see the patients he missed due to a canceled flight. That’s what I call above and beyond kind! An overall pleasant experience with a knowledgeable surgeon. I thank God that I’ve been blessed with such an awesome surgeon.”

“I love physician-owned facilities -- And I believe all doctors would probably feel the same way -- almost(?). I believe it creates an atmosphere to be more personable with the patients and hopefully less pressure on the doctors? I am glad that I didn't just quit coming after I was better because there may be an underlying ongoing problem, and this way, we can ferret it out with time. Thank you, Dr. Chilvers, for informing me what the next option might be before I get really bad, or I get old and have an ongoing problem without having taken care of it when I could've.”
