A Rapid City native, Dr. Mortimer joined Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2008. He was fellowhship trained in Sports Medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, with a special interest in the care of knee and shoulder pathology.
Dr. Mortimer serves as the Team Physician at Black Hills State University and assists in the development of a sports medicine program for the care of regional athletes.
Dr. Mortimer is a native of Rapid City and enjoys the region's excellent hunting, fishing, rock climbing, golfing, and other recreational activities. |
