Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center supports you through the following programs:

- Outreach clinics spanning the West River region
- Rodeo event coverage
- South Dakota State Soccer Tournament and Rushmore Cup Soccer event coverage
- Performance Plus Program (P3) – an advanced sports enhancement training program
- Scholarly, scientific and multi-disciplinary approach to treatment of athletic injuries
We also employ three nationally certified athletic trainers, Brad Beardt, A.T.C., Paul Richter, A.T.C., and Sage Robinson, A.T.C. Our athletic trainers provide evaluation, treatment, and prevention assessments for acute sports-related injuries.
Surgical corrections resulting from athletic trauma are available at Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center by Dr. Duchene, Dr. Fromm, and Dr. Papendick, all Board-Certified and Fellowship trained in the Sports Medicine discipline.
