treat your sports-related injury.
Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center supports you through the following programs:
- Weekend injury clinics serving Black Hills area athletes (during football season)
- Rapid City School District sporting event coverage
- Outreach clinics spanning the West River region
- Rodeo event coverage
- South Dakota State Soccer Tournament and Rushmore Cup Soccer event coverage
- Performance Plus Program (P3) – an advanced sports enhancement
training program
- Scholarly, scientific and multi-disciplinary approach to treatment of athletic injuries
We also employ three nationally certified athletic trainers, Brad Beardt, A.T.C., Paul
Richter, A.T.C., and Sage Robinson, A.T.C.
Our athletic trainers provide evaluation, treatment, and prevention assessments
for acute sports-related injuries.
Surgical corrections resulting from athletic trauma are available at Black Hills
Orthopedic and Spine Center by our Sports Medicine specialists. Dr. Duchene,
Dr. Fromm, and Dr.
Papendick are board certified and Fellowship trained in the Sports Medicine discipline. Dr. Mortimer is board eligible and Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine.
