To ensure quality care that fits your needs, Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center has business relationships established with most health insurance companies. If you do not see the name of your insurer listed on this page, please contact us at 341-1414 and ask for the insurance department for more information.
Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center maintains preferred provider status with:
During your visit, you will be asked to complete an insurance information form to
expedite insurance claims and guarantee accurate billing. For your convenience,
we will file your insurance claims directly from our office. Charges not paid by
your insurance provider will be billed to you.
** We encourage you to discuss surgery fees with the surgeon and/or person scheduling
your surgery prior to elective surgery. Please bring all insurance claim forms and
cards to our office before elective surgery.
