Payment Policy
Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center requests that office charges be paid at
the time you visit our office.
- VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
- Specific arrangements for payments can be made to accommodate other circumstances.
- Payments for medical services will not be deferred while awaiting personal injury
settlements.
During your visit, you will be asked to complete an insurance information form to
expedite insurance claims and guarantee accurate billing. For your convenience,
we will file your insurance claims directly from our office. Charges not paid by
your insurance provider will be billed to you.
** We encourage you to discuss surgery fees with the surgeon and/or
person scheduling your surgery prior to elective surgery. Please bring all insurance
claim forms and cards to our office before elective surgery.
Our Patient Account’s department will handle all inquiries related to your bill.
