BHOSC physicians see patients in Rapid City as well as in several surrounding communities. When calling for an appointment, please let our receptionist know whether you'd like to be seen in Rapid City or one of our Outreach Locations.

Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center, P.C. sees patients by appointment only. We are usually able to accomodate new patient appointments with a Physician Assistant within one week; and Physicians within two to four weeks.

For your appointment, we will ask that you bring along your insurance card(s) and any diagnostic information such as x-ray films, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), bone scans, etc, that have been taken within the last twelve months for the extremity in which we will evaluate.
