Dr. Duchene joined Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center in 2004. He has completed fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. His practice emphasizes problems of the shoulder and knee. He also has an interest in joint replacement of the shoulder, hip, and knee. In addition, Dr. Duchene acts as the team orthopedic physician for the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and Black Hills State University.
