BHOSC physicians see patients in Rapid City as well as in several surrounding communities. For your convenience, all appointment schedulers can make appointments for our Rapid City location, all outreach locations, as well as for our Physical Therapy Department.  When calling for an appointment, please let our appointment schedulers know at which location you would like to have your appointment.

Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center, P.C. sees patients by appointment only. Please call our office to inquire about our first available appointment with a physician or physician assistant. 

For your appointment, we will ask that you bring along your insurance card(s) and any diagnostic information such as x-ray films, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), bone scans, etc., that have been taken within the last twelve months for the extremity in which we will evaluate.
