Black Hills Orthopedic and Spine Center is pleased to announce the arrival of Jay Hammerquist as their new Chief Executive Officer in August 2011.

A Rapid City native, Jay has over 20 years of local, national, and international management experience. He received his Bachelor's from SDSU and his MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina. Most recently, Jay worked for a management consulting firm and led various project teams.

Jay and his wife have three daughters and live in Rapid City.
